[English translation;  almost in the all branches of the science, with the  invention of some thing, some basic principles are framed , on which the phenomenon is bases, they are called SCIENTIFIC BASIC PRINCIPALS or say Scintific rules, on which the ground of  subject is established.]

AYURVEDA mein bhi basic principles hain jisase yah vigyan , isi adhar par tika hua hai, jisamein se ek “PRAKRUTI ” ke naam se janatey hain, is page par isi PRAKRUTI ka vichar kareinge.

PRAKRUTI VICHAR ; Views on CONSTITUTION & NATURE

Ayurveda manata hai, ki is duniya ya akhil vishwa mein , har vyakti ki ek prakruti hoti hai, ek swabhav hota hai, jo usake janma ke samay mein hi stithi ho jata hai, yah ek saath nahin hota, virya ki prakruti, rudhir ka swabhav, garbhini dwara khaya piya gya bhojan, garbhini ke achar vyovahar aur Garbhashay ke ander , jitane bhi dosha hon, unaka kam ya jyada hona, isi sab ko milakar manushya ki prakaruti banati hai, kahane ka tataparya yah ki manushya ki prakruti , garbhavastha ke darmiyan ban jati hai, nirdharit ho jati hai

English translation; Ayurveda considers that in this world every person have its own constitution and nature, which segregates every individual from others. This specific quality he gains during the gestation period , by mother side, her living style, her food habits, her daily routine, her thoughts  and just after the  birth, it becomes their nature and constitution. ]

Ayurveda mein saat prakar ki prakruti batayi gayi hain, ye saat prakrutiyan nimanusar hain;

[English Translation; Ayurveda describes Seven Prakruti, these seven Prakruti are elaborated as followings....]

1- Vata prakruti 2- Pitta prakruti 3- Kappha prakruti 4- Vata Pitta prakruti 5- Vata Kappha prakruti 6- Pitta kappha prakruti 7- Vata Pitta Kappha prakruti

Ayurveda mein sabhi prakrutiyon ke lakshshan batayei hain, yahan sabhi saton prakrutiyon ka varana kiye jane ka prayas kiya ja raha hai

[English Translation; The features of all seven prakruti are described below one by one.]

VATA PRAKRUTI KE LAKSHSHAN ; Sign and Symptoms of Vata Prakruti

Aurveda ke classical yani shashtriy granth “Bhav Prakash”, mein bata ya gya hai ki Vata prakruti wale manushya Jagane wala,  thode balon wala, fatey huye haath paon wala, durbal, jaldi chalane wala, adhik bolane wala, rukhe sharir wala, aur swapana mein akash mein chalane wala hota hai, jisaki Vata Prakaruti hoti hai, usake yah chinha awashya honge

[English Translation; The classical book of Ayurveda "BHAV PRAKASH" describes the features of VATA PRAKRUTI. The person, who is of the Vata Prakruti, is night watcher and late sleeper, talks  less, few hairs on head, cracks in hands and feet, dry skin, slim body, quick walker, speaking uselessly and more and more, in dreams he flies in space, therefore those belongs to Vata prakruti, they will have these signs and symptoms]

 

Ek dusare Ayurveda ke vidwan “Vagbhatta” ne likha hai ki, vata prakruti wala bahut dusht swabhav wala hota hai, baal dhusar rang ke hote hain, sharir phata hua hota hai, thandak achchi nahin lagati, dhruti, smrati, buddhi aur chesta bahut chanchal hoti hai, yah chanchalata maitri, drashti, tatha chal dhal mein bahut hoti hai, aisa vyakti bahut bolane wala hota hai,

English translation ; Another Ayurvedic academics, Vagbhatta writes that  Vata Prakruti person is of very bad nature, he have gray hairs, the skin of body is cracked, he avoids COLD, his physical actions,  memory, intellect and mental capacity is always changeable, he speaks too much and without any reference.

Is prakaruti wale vyakti mein Pitta kam hota hai, yah kamajor hota [VATA prakruti person have less PITTA and is weak] hai,umra kam hoti hai, nind kam aati hai, kahala kar bolata hai, nastik hota hai, adhik khane wal aur vilasi hota hai,[His life span is short, have less sleep, repeates his words and sentences, have no faith in almighty, eat much more and have sexual desire all the time] gane , hasane, shikar khelane, aur jhagada karane mein usali ruchi adhik hoti hai, mithe , khatte, chrapare aur garam padarth usako bahut bahtey hain aur anukool hote hain, [ Singing, Laughing, hunting, quarrelling are very favorites to him, desires for Sour food & drinks, sweetish food & drinks, hot food & drinks, these food articles suites them ]  sharir durbal aur lamba hota hai, pani pite samay avaj hoti hai, yah majbut jitendriya, uttam, striyon ka pyara, aur adhik santan wala nahin hota hai, isaki aankhein rukhi, [The body constitution is Long in height and of weak fleshy muscles, when drinks water, a gurgling voice is produced,  having strong self controlled, best working capasity,loved by females, and have many childrens, dry eyes...] kisi kadar dhumil, gole aur  asunder athava murde jaisi hoti hain, jo so jane par khuli huyi hoti hain. Swapn mein pahar, brakshs aur akash mein chalata hai, yah bhagyahin, aur dusare ko dekhakar jalane wala hota hai aur chor hota hai, is prakruti wale ka swar aur roop kutta, gidar, oont, giddha, chuha , kavva aur ulloo ke saman hota hai [ rough eyes,not  very beutiful, open while sleeps, dreams of mountains, trees,flying in space, un-fortunate, jealous, thieves hings, the constitution of this nature is comparable to dogs, mouse, crows, .................................]

Maharshi Charak ne apane shashtriya granth CHARAK SANMHITA mein likha hai, ki Vayu ke rukhshsa gun  ke karan is prakaruti wale ka sharir rukha, durbal, swar rukha, kshin aur jarjar hota hai, ise nind nahin aati, Vayu ke laghutva gun ke karan isaki chaal, chesta, aahar, vyavhar aadi halake aur chapal hote hain. Vayu ke  chanchalatva gun ke karan  sharir ke jod, haddi, bhuhein, thodi, hoth, jibh, masatak, kandhe aur haath pair majbut nahin hote, Vayu ke adhik hone ke karan bahut bolata hai, Isake sharir par nas hi nas dikhai padati hai. Vayu ke shighratva ke karan ise chchobh, udyog, vichar, tras , rog aur bairagya jaldi hota hai, jara si der mein gyanvan aur jara si der mein mahan murkha ho jata hai, vayu ke shital gun ke karan ise sardi bahut shighra lagati hai tatha sardi bardast nahin kar sakata hai, shit, kaph aur stambha jalldi hota hai,Vayu ke kathor gun ke karan isake baal, .muchchein, royein, nakhun dant ityadi bahut kade hotey hain, sab ang phatey se hotey hain, chalatey samay jodon se awaj nikalati haiis prakruti wala balhin, kam umra, kam aulad wala,  aur daridri hota hai

Jisake sharir ka rang gora ho, jisake sir ke baal samay se pahale safed ho gya hon, jisaka swabhav bahut krodhi hi ho, baat baat par krodh karata ho, shrir se pasina khub aata ho, bahut chalak ho, chatur ho, bahut khane wala ho, aankhein lal rahati hon, sapane mein aag, bikali, surya aadi baaton ko dekhata ho, jis manushya ke is tarah ke lakshshan paye jayein, vah Pitta prakruti ka hota hai, is prakar ke lakshshan AYURVEDA  ke CLASSICAL GRANTH “BHAV PRAKASH” mein bataye gaye hain

Ek dusare granthkae, VAGBHATTA  ne likha hai ki jisako bhukh , pyas bahut lagati ho, , jisaka sharir ka rang Gora aur sharir chchune mein garam lage, haath, panv, mukh ka rang lal ho, baal pile aur royein kam hon, sahasi aur shur tatha darpok na ho, phul aur chandan jaise thandi dene wali vastuon ko pasand karata ho, pavitra aur achche chal chalan wala ho, apane matahat kaam karane walon par daya bhav rakhata ho, vaibhv sahas aur budhdhi bal wala ho, dare huye dushman ki bhi rakshsha karane wala ho, smaran shakti puri ho aur tez ho, parayi strion ko mata , bahan tulya sammman deta ho, , alp virya aur kamdeo wala, pani ki chalati huyi lhar ke saman kanti wala, mithe, kadave aur kasaile tatha shital. thande ann aur paan mein ruchi rakhane wala, dharma se dwesh rakahane wala, bahut pasine wala, sharir se badabu aati ho, adhik krodhi, adhik irsha wala, adhik mal tyagane wala, adhik khane wala, isaki aankhe pili hoti hai, ise sardi pasand hoti hai, is prakruti wala purush ya istri, vidwan, madhyam aayuwali, balwan, aur klesh se darane wala hota hai,

MAHARSHI CHARAKA ne likha hai ki, pitta prakaruti walon ko garami bardashta nahin hoti hai . inaka shari komal aur saaf hota hai. Sharir mein jhaiyan, til aur khujali ki adhikata hoti hai, dadhi , moochch, rom, aur baal prayah naram, chchote aur bhure hote hain ; inaki chchati, bagal, mukh, aur mastak tatha saare sharir mein sadi sadi durgandha aati hai, aise purush madhyam bali, madhyayu, aur gyan wan tatha dhanwan hote hain

HARIT SANMAHITA mein likha hai, jisaka rang gora ho, pila rang safedi se mila, najuk ho, priti rakhane wala ho, shital padarthon par jisaka man chalata ho arthat shital padarth khane ki ichcha ho, jisake netra pile pile hon, swabhav tez ho, magar tezi thodi der rahati ho, sharir par bal thode hon, chanchalata achchi lagati ho, kadave ras ko khanewala ho, apani tarif chahanewala ho ityadi ye lakshshan jisamein hon, use pitta prakrutiwala  samajhana chahiye

KAPHPHA PRAKARUTI WALON KE LAKSHSHAN

Ayurveda mein kaha gaya haiki kaph ka swaroop ya rup chandrama ke saman hai, isi vajah se kaphpha prakruti wal vyakti saumya hota hai. Is prakruti wale vyakti ki sandhi, haddi aur mans aapas mein mile huye hote hain, chikane hote hain aur majbut yani dradh hote hain. Aisa vyakti bhukh, pyas, dukha tatha klesh se ghabarata nahin tatha buddhiman, satoguni aur vachan palan karane wala hota hai. Isama vastavik rang munj, dabh, gorochan, kamal aur sone ke saman hota hai. Isaki bhujayein lambi, chchati chudi,aur pushta tatha matha ya kapal bada hota hai. Isamein Oaj yani samrthya bahut hoti hai. Baal , ghane aur kaale hote hain, ang komal, sharir saman aur sunder hota hai. Yah shrangar ras mein magna hota hai. Isake putra tatha naukar bahut hote hain. Yah dharmatma, kathor vahan na bolane wala, chupchap shatru ke saath bair rakahnewala hota hai. Yah madonmatta hathi ke saman hota hai. Isaki awaj badal, samudra,mradang, aur shankh ke samah hoti hai.Isaki yad dashta achchi hoti hai. Yah namra aur udyogi hota hai tatha balya avastha mein bahut kam rone wala aur chapalata hin hota hai. Kadave kasaile,tikshshan , rukhe aur alpa bhojan karane wala hota hai, itana kam khane par bhi bahut balawan hota hai. Aankhon ke kono mein lalali hoti hai.Aankhe chikani, badi lambi, aur spashta hoti hain, isaki palakein adhik aur kali kali hoti hain. Isako krodh aur chchudha kam hoti hai. Yah buddhiman,kam karane mein der karanewala, kshamavan, nidralu,lobhhin, aur paraya ahasan manane wala hota hai. Isaka hridaya gambhir aur chchati chudi hoti hai,swabhav saral hota hai. Yah vidwan , lajila, guru bhakta, aur prem ko sthir rakhanewala hota hai. Yah swapna mein kamal, aur chakava, chakai pakshshiyon ke pankti yukta jalashayon ko dekhata hai.

Kaph prahruti wala vishnu, indra, rudra,varun, garud, agni, hans, harhi, simgh, ghoda, gay aur bail ke jaise swabhav vala hota hai

MAHARSHI CHARAK  ne likha hai ki kaphha prakrutiwalon ka sharir chikana, dekhane mein sukhadai najuk aur saaf hota hai, isake virya bahut hota hai aur yah adhik maithun karane ki samarthaya rakahata hai. Isake santan bahut hoti hai, isaka shari paripushta hota hai, kintu aahar vihar aur chesta mand hoti hai. yah manushya balawan, dhanavan, vidwan, oajwala aur aayu wala hota hai

HARIT SAMHITA mein likha hai ki, jisaka rang sunder, chikana aur shyam ho, netra safed hon, baal sunder hon, rom aur nakh lambe hon, gambhir bolanewala ho, unghana sona, aur padhana likhana jise achcha lagata ho, kadawa aur charpara ras khane wala ho, sharir mota ho, chikane ras ko khana chahta ho, gana bajana pasand karane wala ho, sahanshil, kasarati aur bhogi ho, , aisa manushya kaphpha prakrutiwala hota hai

    is baat ko takreeban 5 saal hogaye honge. ye theek naheen hui.
