लगभग ३०० किलोमीटर दूर से आये एक पुरूष रोगी का नीचे दिया गया ट्रेस रिकार्ड है, जो दिनान्क १८ अक्टूबर २०११ को अन्कित किया गया / मरीज ने अनुरोध किया कि उसे अपने घर वापस जाने के लिये कानपुर सेन्ट्रल स्टेशन से चार पान्च घन्टे बाद रेल गाड़ी मिलेगी , इसलिये वह चाहता है कि उसकी रिपोर्ट बनाकर दवा आदि की जैसी व्यवस्था हो सके , सीमित समय के अन्दर करके दे तो बहुत अच्छा होगा, ताकि वह वापसी की गाड़ी पकड़ कर अपने घर वापस जा सके /

बहुत से आयुर्वेदिक वैद्य और आयुर्वेदिक चिकित्सक अक्सर पूछते रहते हैं कि सफ़ेद दाग Leucoderma के रोगियों का रोग अचानक ही बहुत तेजी से बढने लगता है , जबकि वे दवा दे रहे होते है और अच्छे से अच्छा इलाज कर रहे होते हैं , उनके रोगी ठीक भी हो रहे होते है फिर ऐसा क्यॊं होता है कि सफेद दाग ठीक होने के बजाय बढते चले जाते है? इस तरह की रोग-बढने से रोकने के सारे उपाय कम नहीं होते, जिससे मरीज और चिकित्सक दोनो के सामने बहुत विचित्र स्तिथि पैदा हो जाती है ?

यद्यपि यह स्तिथि मेरे सामने पिछले २० सालों से कभी नहीं आयी / मैने इस सवाल पर और ऐसी स्तिथि के लिये जिम्मेदार कारणो का पता करने का प्रयास किया है /

पहला कारण मेरी समझ में यह आया है कि लियूकोडर्मा के मरीज स्वस्थय वृत्त के नियमों का पालन नहीं करते है, जिससे उनको पाचन सन्स्थान से सम्बन्धित कार्य- विकृति बनी रहती है / ऐसे रोगी अपचन, एसीडिटी, Irritable Bowel syndromes, Inflammatroy condition of bowels, constipation, irregular bowels आदि आदि से ग्रसित होते हैं / Digestive system से सम्बन्धित यह तकलीफें दूषित खान पान से पैदा होती हैं / कुछ खाद्य पदार्थ ऐसे है जो सफेद दाग बढाने में सबसे आगे है / जैसे चाऊमिन, सिरका या Vinegar या सिरका युक्त खाद्य पदार्थ, non-veg foods, अत्यधिक मसाला और चर्बी युक्त खाद्य पदार्थ जैसे चाट, समोसा आदि आदि / इन और इन जैसे खाद्य पदार्थ खाने से सफेद दाग बढते है / ऐसे खाद्य पदार्थ Digestive system के लिये बहुत सेन्सिटिव होते है और यह एक तरह से sudden painless allergical reaction like action पैदा करते है जिससे त्वचा की melenine अचानक घटकर सफेद दाग को और अधिक बढाने का काम करती है /

बहुत से रोगियों के रोग-इतिहास chronological case-history को देखने और समझने के बाद यह बात दृस्टिगत हुयी हैं कि जीवन शैली के कारण और दूषित खानपान के कारण सफ़ेत दाग अधिक तेजी से विकसित हुये और उनके रोकने के सभी प्रयास फ़ेल हो गये / किसी किसी रोगी ने बताया कि उनके सफ़ेद दाग हर मिनट में बढते चले गये / किसी ने बताया कि उनके सफ़ेद दाग एक दो दिन में ही इतने बढ गये जो उनकी उम्मीद से परे थे / ऐसा तभी होता है जब शरीर का सिस्टम बहुत सम्वेदन शील हो जाये और अक तरफा कार्य करने लगे /

कई रोगियों के रोग इतिहास को देखने के बाद यह बात भी पता चली कि एलोपैथिक चिकित्सा विग्यान की कुछ दवायें सेवन करने के बाद शरीर में कुछ ऐसे परिवर्तन हुये , जिनके कारण सफ़ेत दाग अधिक तेजी से विकसित हुये और दागो को बढने से रोकने के सभी प्रयास फ़ेल हो गये /

इसी कारण से रोगियों कॊ हिदायत दी जाती है कि उन्हे चाहे कैसे भी acute problem हों या sudden ailments हो जायें , वे एलोपैथी की कुछ दवायें न लें तो बेहतर होगा / देखा गया है कि एलोपैथी की दवा खाने के बाद सफेद दाग किसी किसी रोगी के बहुत बढ जाते हैं फिर किसी तरह से ठीक नहीं होते है या ठीक होने में बहुत ज्यादा समय लग जाता है / इसलिये यदि तकलीफ हो तो फिर आयुर्वेदिक दवायें लें या प्राकृतिक उपचार लेना चाहिये /

Leucoderma के इलाज में बहुत सावधानी बरतनी होती है, यह बहुत sensitive disease condition है, इसलिये पथ्य परहेज , जीवन शैली में बदलाव, खान पान में परहेज और दूसरी हिदायतो को यदि follow किया जाये तो आरोग्य शीघ्र प्राप्त होता है /
