Kamar dard ek aam shikayat hai. Yah sharir ke lumber region mein stithi manshpeshiyon ki ghat rahe lachile pan ke karan hoti hai, main ise bahut saral bhasa mein samajha raha hun. Vajah saaf hai, jab Doshon ka , jise atiology kahatey hain, Jab dosha-bhedon ka, jise pathophysiology kahatey hain, jab sapta dhatuon ka , jise ayurveda ki pathology kahatey hain, ityadi ka nidan nahi karenge, vah bhi sahi sahi, tab tak yah kaise ummid ki ja sakati hai ki bimar vyakti ko sahi Ayurveda ka ilaj mil raha hai ya nahin.

Barasati nadiyon mein barasat ke dinon mein pani uphan marta hua jab jamin par failata hai , bahut kuchch nukasan karake jata hai, saath hi bahut si swasthya samabndhi samasyayein apane pichche chchod jata hai.

 

Yah samasyayein Pachan sansathan se sambandhit sabase adhik hoti hain, jinamein Diarrhoe, Vomitting, Cholera, Indigestion aur doosare digestive disorders hote hain, inase bahane ke liye sabase badhiya upay hai- bimari se bachav aur ise hone na dena.

Barasaat ke mausam mein savdhaniyan


Barasat ka mausam aa gaya hai, kahin adhik tatha kahin kam , pani baras raha hai, desh ke kai hisson mein badh aa gayi hai, aap ghar se bahar nikaley aur bhig gaye to kya hoga ? kahin bimar pad gaye to kya karein ? Is mausam mein maleria bhi khub failata hai.

 

Agar savdhani rakkhein to aswasthata se bacha ja sakata hai. Ratri charya mein pahala kaam yah karein ki nange badan kabhi na soyein, halka kurta ya baniyan jroor pahan lein. Karan yah hai ki is mausam ka koi bharosa nahin rahata, kisi din raat mein bahut umas ho sakati hai aur kaisi raat mein  sardi yahi thandak ho sakati hai aur yadi kuchch samay pani na barase to garmi bhi jhelani pad sakati hai, isaliye is mausam ka koi thikana na hone ke karan yani bahari temperature ke stabile na hone ke karan, sharir ke metabolism par asar padata hai aur jab aaram karate samay sharir ki manspeshiyon ki conditioning ki prakriya hoti hai tab is temperature ka asar padata hai. Baniyan pahanane se is stress se bacha ja sakata hai, yadi mausam anukul ho to ichchanusar  kapade pahan sakatey hain.

 

Jinhein air condititon mein rahane ki aadat hai, ve vatanukulit bhavan mein rah sakatey hain. Is mausam mein pani se bhiganey se badan dard, manspeshiyon ka dard, kamar dard aur manspeshiyon mein khichav jaisi takalifein ho sakati hain, sardi jukham khansi ghutanon ka dard adi takalifein ho sakati hain.

 

Malria bukhar, sardi garmi se paida bukhar, patale dast, atisaar, diarrhoea, phephdon ki pareshaniyan, charma rog, pet ki takalifein, Liver ki pareshaniyan, Cholera aur Viral infection bahut hote hain.

 

In sabase bacha ja sakata hai. Is mausam mein Adarak yani “Ginger” ka upayog karana phayade mand hai. Adarak Chay mein pakakar din mein do teen bar pine se pet se sambandhit vikaron se bach sakatey hain. Iske chote chchote tukade karake bhojan karane se pahale sendha namak milakar chabakar kha ley, isase barasat ke season mein hone wale tapkram ke ghatane aur badhane se sharir mein padane wale dabav se bacha ja sakata hai.

 

Is season mein khanpaan mein bahut ehatiyat baratana chahiye. Ho sake to garam khana aur taza khana khayein. Basi aur der tak rakha huaa khana na khayein, kyonki rakha hua bhojan barasat ki nami ki vajah se jaldi kharab  hota hai, isaliye koshish yahi karani chahiye ki taza aur garam bhojan karein.

 

Khatti chijen, dahi aur der tak rakha hua doodh na khayein. Khatta dahi nukasan karata hai, barasat ke dinon mein dahi bahut jaldi khatta ho jata hai, isaliye dahi na khayein to achcha hai.

 

Trikatu yani Sonth, Kali Mirch aur Chchoti pipal barabar barabar lekar powder bana lein. Is churan ko bhojan ke saath 1 ya 2 gramm ki matra mein khane se barasat mein hone wale adhikansh rogon se bach sakatey hain.

Ayurveda Chikitsa vigyan ke siddhant


Jais ki sabhi janate hain ki sare vigyan , kisis na kisi roop mein niyam aur siddhanton par adharit hote hain. Ayurved vigyan ke saath bhi yahi baat lagu hoti hai. Ayurveda vigyan bhi sidhdhanton par adharit hai. Maje ki baat yah hai ki ayurved ke suddhant Nature arthat Prakruti se liye gaye hain, yani prakarati ki shaktiyon ko dekhakar aur samajh kar hamare poorvajon ne yah nishkarsh nikala ki , is prathvi par janme lene aur marane mein prakruti ka ek niyanmanusar chakra hai, jo anavarat chal raha hai, vishesh samay ke saath.

 

Isi drashtikon ko samane rakhakar Poorvajon ne , moolatah teen prakar ki prakritiyon ka nirdharan kiya, ye teen prakritiyan hain, Vata, Pitta, Kaphha. Yeh teen prakaratityan jab aapas mein milati hain, to inake bane mixture char hote hain. Ayurveda ke granthon mein in prakratiyon ke lakshan diye gaye hain.

 

Jab desh, kaal, ritu, ityadi ke prabhav se sharir mein vikratiyan paida hoti hain, tab yahi Prakratiyan dusht hokar Dosha ban jati hain. Is prakar se teen doshon ko “Tridosha” ke naam se janate hain.

 

Punashcha:

Kuchch logon ne mujhe likha hai ki ve Hindi Bhasa mein Ayurveda ki Pushtakein padhana chahatey hain.

Yah bahut khushi ki baat hai ki log Ayurveda mein ruchi rakhatey hain. Main aise logon ko salah doonga ki ve CHIKITSA CHANDRODAYA  title ki pushtak, jisake Saat [7 Parts] bhag hain, agar padh lein to unhe sampoorna Ayurveda ka achcha khasa gyan ho jayega.

Ayurved ki Jadi butiyon ke ilaj ke alawa bhi bahut kuchch hai


Ayurveda ke baare mein logon ko bahut kam janakari hai , ki yah ilaj ke alawa bhi bahut kuchch janakari deta hai, sabase pahale yah ki ham apane sharir ko swasthya kaise rakha sakate hain. Vastvikata yah hai, ki yah vigyan Atharv ved  se juda hua hai, chunki yah vaidik kriya kalapon se juda hua vigyan hai, parinam swaroop us samay ke anusar jaisi jaroorat thi aur awasyakata thi, Ayurved ko janane aur samajhane ka mauka hamare purvajon ko mila.

 

Jaroorat us samay ki yah thi, ki in Vedon  aur sanchit kiye gaye gyan ko kaise surakshshit rakkha jaye ?  Us samay samasya yah thi ki , lipiyon ka avishkar nahin hua tha aur hamare poorvaj yah janate the ki manushya ki aayu bahut thori hai, sanchit gyan ko kewal smariti ke sahare hi jivit rakha ja sakata hai anyatha sanchit kiye huye gyan ko lop hote der nahin lagegi. Is vajah se , Puravajon ne vah tarkibein ajmani shuru ki, jinase smriti yani yad dasht majboot ho.
