Barasaat ke mausam mein savdhaniyan


Barasat ka mausam aa gaya hai, kahin adhik tatha kahin kam , pani baras raha hai, desh ke kai hisson mein badh aa gayi hai, aap ghar se bahar nikaley aur bhig gaye to kya hoga ? kahin bimar pad gaye to kya karein ? Is mausam mein maleria bhi khub failata hai.

 

Agar savdhani rakkhein to aswasthata se bacha ja sakata hai. Ratri charya mein pahala kaam yah karein ki nange badan kabhi na soyein, halka kurta ya baniyan jroor pahan lein. Karan yah hai ki is mausam ka koi bharosa nahin rahata, kisi din raat mein bahut umas ho sakati hai aur kaisi raat mein  sardi yahi thandak ho sakati hai aur yadi kuchch samay pani na barase to garmi bhi jhelani pad sakati hai, isaliye is mausam ka koi thikana na hone ke karan yani bahari temperature ke stabile na hone ke karan, sharir ke metabolism par asar padata hai aur jab aaram karate samay sharir ki manspeshiyon ki conditioning ki prakriya hoti hai tab is temperature ka asar padata hai. Baniyan pahanane se is stress se bacha ja sakata hai, yadi mausam anukul ho to ichchanusar  kapade pahan sakatey hain.

Malria bukhar, sardi garmi se paida bukhar, patale dast, atisaar, diarrhoea, phephdon ki pareshaniyan, charma rog, pet ki takalifein, Liver ki pareshaniyan, Cholera aur Viral infection bahut hote hain.

Adarak Chay mein pakakar din mein do teen bar pine se pet se sambandhit vikaron se bach sakatey hain. Iske chote chchote tukade karake bhojan karane se pahale sendha namak milakar chabakar kha ley, isase barasat ke season mein hone wale tapkram ke ghatane aur badhane se sharir mein padane wale dabav se bacha ja sakata hai.

 

Is season mein khanpaan mein bahut ehatiyat baratana chahiye. Ho sake to garam khana aur taza khana khayein. Basi aur der tak rakha huaa khana na khayein, kyonki rakha hua bhojan barasat ki nami ki vajah se jaldi kharab  hota hai, isaliye koshish yahi karani chahiye ki taza aur garam bhojan karein.

 

Khatti chijen, dahi aur der tak rakha hua doodh na khayein. Khatta dahi nukasan karata hai, barasat ke dinon mein dahi bahut jaldi khatta ho jata hai, isaliye dahi na khayein to achcha hai.

 

Trikatu yani Sonth, Kali Mirch aur Chchoti pipal barabar barabar lekar powder bana lein. Is churan ko bhojan ke saath 1 ya 2 gramm ki matra mein khane se barasat mein hone wale adhikansh rogon se bach sakatey hain.
