Yoga aur prakratik chikitsa ko bhi aajmayein


Bahut si bimariyan aisi hoti hain, jinamein sharirik shram aur halke vyayam ki jaroorat padati hai, kabhi kabhi dawaon ke saath in sabaki bhi jaroorat padati hai, taki bimari jaldi aur surkshshit tarike se thik ho jaye.

Prakratik chikitsa mein dard ke liye Garam aur thande sek ka istemal karate hain, is prahar ke senk ka upayog sabhi chikitsa vigyan ke manane wale karatey hai, isaka karan yah hai ki dard wali jagah par garam garam senkane se us sthan par rakta pravah badha jata hai aur capillaries phail jati hain jisase  taza oxidized rakta bharakar us sthan ke andar ikaththa vijatiy padarth ko apane saath baha le jati hain jisase naya rakta akar vahan par healing shuru kar deta hai, is prakar se damaged tissue aur cells puanah jagrat hokar bomari ki awastha ko door karane mein madadgar sabit hote hain

Jo lagatar bimar hain , jinaki bimari asadhya hao chuki hai, jo bistara par pade huye hain, unako chahiye ki ve Ayurvedic, Homoeopathic, Prakratik, Physiotherapy, maganet therapy ityadi ka sammilit ilaj lein, isase unake swasthaya ki dasha mein awashya sudhar hoga, mera yah anubhav hai ki in chikitsa vidhiyon ko bhi chikitsa mein shamil kar lena chahiye, kyonki chikitsak ka uddyeshya yahi hota hai ki usake paas jo bhi marij aaye usaka sampurna upachar ho aur vah usake hathon se theek ho, arogya prapta ho

  1. dr. Sahab me pichle 1 year se nigetive soch se kafi paresan hu mera dhyan sharir ke or jayadater rahta hai choti moti taklifo per bhi mera dhyan jayada rahta hai
