KYA KARANA CHAHIYE: Is samay badalatey mausam mein, khanpan mein sudhar karein, rat mein sote samay halake kapare pahane, Cooler ka prayog na karein ya Air conditioner ka temperature 25 se 27 degree tak hi rakkhein, taki sote samay sharir ki conditioning ke samay cold ka exposure na ho sake, Vayu badhane wali chijein na khayein, jinhe Blood pressure ho ve jyada satark rahein

KYA NA KAREIN ; Bhojan samay se khayein, charbili chijein na khayein, kyonki bhojan pachane ki shakti is mausam mein kamjor hoti hai, isase pachan sambandhit vikar ho sakatey hain, vayu badhane vale padarth nahin khana chahiye

Is season mein  Pet mein gas banane ki takaliefein, aanto se sambandhit takaliefein jaise Diarrhoea, colitis, flatulence ityadi ho jati hain, charma rog, Asthama , manshpeshiyon ke dard, joints pain ityadi takaliefein jyada hoti hain

Yadi kisi takalief se sharir grast ho jaye to Ayurvedic , Homoeopathic  dava karane se takaliefein thik ho jati hain
